Website delivery and security

kardivon.com is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. When you access the website, technical connection data such as IP address, request metadata, browser information and security-related signals may be processed as necessary to deliver and protect the service.

Legal basis for essential processing

Technical processing required for secure website delivery, availability and abuse prevention is based, where applicable, on legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Essential storage or similar technical functions are used only where necessary for the website or a service you request.

Google Analytics

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google. The measurement ID used on kardivon.com is G-QLM1RHPWTN. Google Analytics is not loaded before you choose “Accept analytics” in the privacy choices panel.

Analytics may process information about how the website is used, including page views, approximate location derived from technical connection data, device and browser information, referrer information and interaction data. Google may process data on infrastructure outside the European Economic Area subject to the transfer mechanisms and safeguards made available for the service.

The legal basis for optional analytics is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, § 25(1) TDDDG for access to or storage of information on your device. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in the Kardivon configuration.

Your analytics choice

You can accept or reject analytics when the privacy choices panel appears. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so that the website can remember it. You can reopen the panel at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer and change your choice for future visits.

Consent storage

Kardivon stores only the preference needed to remember whether you selected optional analytics or necessary-only operation. This preference is stored in local storage under the key kardivon-consent-v1. It is not used for advertising or user profiling.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides delivery and security infrastructure for this website and may process technical request data under its data-processing terms. Transfers outside the European Economic Area may occur subject to applicable safeguards.

Retention

Technical logs are retained only for the period required for service operation, security, abuse prevention and legal obligations, subject to the policies of the relevant infrastructure provider. Analytics retention is governed by the settings configured for the Google Analytics property and Google’s applicable service terms.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, data subjects may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
